Our Gelato is made from fresh cow’s milk and contain an average Fat content of 11%, sugar 14%, Solid non fat of milk 12 % and with a total solid content of 40%.

We maintain a lower over run [air] in our gelato to ensure a better taste and texture  with more nutrition with natural fruit .
